Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating security teams, optimizing operational processes, and implementing projects, with critical analysis of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Security project implementation * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for coordinating internal and third-party security teams, ensuring the development of procedures and controls to optimize operational processes and routines, as well as implementing new security projects. Conduct critical analysis and monitoring of internal/external incidents and losses. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Thoroughly familiarize oneself with all facilities of the property; Record all daily incidents in the incident logbook and prepare area activity reports to inform the immediate supervisor of any irregularities detected; Monitor and analyze the Central Operations daily reports; Prepare managerial reports for the Security Manager; Review the daily security synopsis jointly with the Supervisor and forward it to the General Manager, Security Manager, and managers of other departments; Prepare team evaluation reports according to the contracted staff evaluation program; Assist the Supervisor in developing the team schedule and reassignments, aiming to optimize available human resources; Ensure logistics for opening and closing shopping mall stores; Verify, through random testing, the proper functioning of security equipment used by subordinates; Conduct pre-shift briefings for surveillance teams (shift changes); Ensure correct positioning of security posts and execution of protection and preservation activities for the property through sporadic patrols; Ensure compliance with access control procedures for the property; Ensure service providers’ access to and execution of activities at the property, verifying prior authorization from the property’s administrative department; Implement contingency and emergency plans when necessary; Ensure and monitor compliance with Central Operations post procedures; Respond to shop tenants and customers when security is called; Monitor and facilitate resolution of property security incidents, commanding operations and providing support to the team—from initial suspicion of a hazardous situation until its conclusion—or guiding them in responding to an incident and activating necessary mechanisms to resolve the incident or mitigate an imminent risk; Utilize required subsystems to manage incidents; Coordinate with shop tenants to implement the dual-custody system and ensure an Inspector is assigned to open and close each high-risk operation; Conduct daily briefings with Inspectors; Involve the Security Manager and/or Supervisor in all critical situations occurring at the property; Ensure dissemination of information communicated by the Manager to Central Operations teams and other floor teams; Investigate all staffing shortages occurring during one’s shift and report them to the Security Manager; Deliver security lectures and practical/theoretical training sessions, explaining to subordinates the standards adopted and practiced by official agencies and competent authorities; Stay updated on current Private Security legislation; Propose improvements based on post-incident analysis; Develop and supervise organic and third-party employees; Supervise, coordinate, and monitor fire brigade team incidents, keeping the immediate supervisor informed of all occurrences.
