Front-End and SPA (Angular) concepts knowledge. Gateway and Service Orchestration concepts (Camel/Apigee). Mainframe platform (COBOL) knowledge. Version control knowledge (GitHub). Synchronous and asynchronous application knowledge. Database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL), monitoring (DynaTrace and Kibana), and observability. Agile methodology concepts knowledge (Scrum and Kanban). **Essential Requirements:** Extensive experience in Development, IT Project Management, and Production Support. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. Strong general technical fluency with leading market system development tools. Ability to analyze technical reports and progress metrics such as code quality, builds, and value delivery. Ability to provide technical leadership to developers of varying seniority levels. **Desirable Requirements:** Experience with monitoring and observability tools (DynaTrace, Kibana). Familiarity with Gateway and Service Orchestration concepts (Camel/Apigee).
