**ABOUT THE ROLE:** We are looking for a Finance Manager responsible for structuring and leading the Finance area of the Brazilian operation from its early stages, ensuring governance, operational efficiency, and full compliance with local legislation and specific iGaming market regulations. This position will play a strategic role in building solid financial processes, internal controls, budgeting management, and supporting business decision\-making. In addition, the professional will act as the main bridge between the Brazilian operation and the Asian headquarters, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, executive reporting, and international compliance and financial governance standards. We are looking for a hands\-on, analytical, and strategic professional with the ability to build and structure operations in fast\-growing, dynamic, and highly regulated environments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Financial Structure: Lead accounting, FP\&A, treasury, tax, internal controls, and regulatory compliance activities. \-Compliance: Ensure adherence to Brazilian legislation (LBR, SEFEL, and other gaming and betting regulatory authorities) and international standards such as IFRS. \-Processes \& Reporting: Standardize financial processes in Brazil, create weekly, monthly, and annual budgets, and develop performance reports covering metrics such as GGR, NGR, deposits, and player activity. \-Strategic Management: Support commercial decision\-making through ROI analysis, campaign feasibility studies, and new product launch evaluations. \-Global Interface: Report directly to the board in Asia, providing performance indicators, financial projections, and expansion plans. \-Technology \& Compliance: Implement digital financial systems (payments, wallets, KYC/AML processes) and monitor daily and weekly liquidity. \-Partnerships: Manage relationships with local banks, payment providers, game providers, and third\-party partners such as accounting and tax firms. \- Governance: Represent the Finance area during audits, due diligences, and regulatory discussions. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate studies are considered a plus). \-Previous experience working within the iGaming industry in regulated environments. \-3\+ years of experience in executive\-level positions within multinational or digital environments. Experience in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment is a strong advantage. \-Strong technical knowledge of BR GAAP, IFRS, cross\-border operations, and reporting to international headquarters (experience working with Asian companies is preferred). \-Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for communication with global stakeholders. \-Hands\-on, strategic mindset with the ability to structure processes from scratch in high\-growth environments.
