Job Summary: The professional will supervise, inspect, and report on construction progress, ensuring execution in accordance with design plans and occupational safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Construction site supervision and inspection 2. Interpretation of architectural and structural drawings 3. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect construction execution; * Perform service measurements and material control; * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary drawings; * Prepare construction progress reports; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Prior experience in the role (preferred); * Ability to read technical drawings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or engineering software; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with residential/commercial construction projects; * Proficiency in Excel; * Brazilian driver's license, category B. Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
