Serve as the reference point for project and development teams regarding innovative and modern solution architecture, development, and observability approaches to solve challenges across diverse business lines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives, contribute to discussions on advanced technological solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-impact deliveries. * Interact directly with Architecture, Development, QA, and Production teams to address requirements, seeking optimal technical solutions and minimal time-to-market. * Exercise matrix technical leadership for software engineering and project teams, supporting professional development in an environment of continuous digital transformation. * Develop, design, and implement technological solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Consolidate functional and technical architecture design. * Contribute to the area’s transformation and agility by rethinking processes, defining new ways of working, and guiding product and customer orientation. * Accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence as a development tool, leveraging its capabilities to automate processes and improve delivery efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems) or related fields (preferred). * Specialization, postgraduate degree, or MBA. * Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in software engineering. * Proven experience in software development, troubleshooting, observability, and system maintenance. * Experience in solution architecture and integration design. * Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Node, C#, Python, or JavaScript. * Knowledge of development frameworks such as Spring, Django, Angular, or React. * Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD tools. * Understanding of DevOps practices and process automation. * Experience in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. * Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or related technologies. * Experience in API development and systems with synchronous and asynchronous communication. * Experience in automated testing and ensuring software quality using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, among others. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
