The Portfolio Management area acts strategically and tactically in credit portfolio management, ensuring the financial health of operations, balancing risk and return, and sustaining business viability throughout the entire credit lifecycle — origination, maintenance, and collections. Work model: Hybrid — 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Science Manager, you will lead the **Indicators Projection & PDD** team, with the following key responsibilities: * Continuously monitor credit portfolio performance across the full credit lifecycle (origination, maintenance, and collections); * Track key indicators such as delinquency, arrears, expected loss, provisions, roll rates, recoveries, vintage performance, concentration, and profitability; * Propose and monitor rapid, effective action plans; * Conduct financial health analyses of portfolios by product, segment, channel, and customer profile; * Implement early warning indicators to identify deterioration in credit quality before delinquency materializes; * Ensure clear, analytical, and actionable interpretations of results to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced programming proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and Databricks; * Solid understanding of the credit lifecycle and banking products; * Proficiency in credit indicators, performance analysis, and portfolio monitoring; * Experience working with databases, managerial reporting, and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Advanced Excel, BI); * Leadership experience managing high-performance teams.
