With headquarters in São Paulo and a branch in Jacksonville (USA), we focus on meeting each client's specific needs. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in: IT Infrastructure Architecture and Management, Computer and Internet Network Management, or Computer Networks. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, networks, internet, servers, and applications. Handle service tickets, provide support for operating systems and tools such as Windows, Word, and Excel, and participate in system testing and improvements, service order management, customer communication, coordination with partners and suppliers, and research on emerging technologies.
