Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for optimizing revenue and operating margin. * Conduct and analyze profitability studies for customers, products, and segments. * Build pricing simulators and scenarios to support the company’s strategic decisions. * Monitor pricing-related performance indicators, such as revenue, margin, take rate, and billing behavior. * Develop queries and analyses on databases using SQL and analytical tools. * Automate pricing analyses and processes using tools such as Python, Power BI, or similar. * Prepare executive analyses and materials with recommendations for price adjustments or commercial strategy. * Support business areas in defining pricing strategies and offerings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Prior experience in business-oriented data analysis, pricing, or strategic planning. Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Experience with data analysis or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation. * Experience analyzing large datasets and building performance indicators. **Additional Information** * Prior experience in pricing, revenue management, or profitability analysis. * Experience in financial services, acquiring, fintech, or payment processing companies. * Knowledge of Python or another data analysis programming language. * Experience building simulators or analytical models for decision-making. * Experience in margin, revenue, or commercial performance analysis. * Postgraduate degree in data-related, business, or finance fields.
