Prepare POCs and solution demonstrations **[Product] Senior Solutions Architecture Analyst** ========================================================= TOTVS | São Paulo | SP | Hybrid Job Description Define the technological solution architecture most aligned with the identified need, ensuring the sustainability and security of the client’s and/or prospect’s business operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Identify client needs through interviews with key users from the related business area, delving into essential aspects to define the optimal technical and business solution design; * Identify the TOTVS/Partner technological solution best suited to meet the requirements of the identified demand and aligned with the client’s and/or prospect’s segment (handling medium-complexity opportunities); * Prepare POC (Proof of Concept) and/or targeted demonstrations for clients and/or prospects to present TOTVS solutions; * Develop institutional and technical materials to present the architected solution to clients—including its benefits and addressed pain points—with a view of the current state (AS IS) and proposed state (TO BE); * Serve as a technical and/or business reference for the commercial team and clients through continuous knowledge advancement in the segment and technical roadmap where active; * Alert leadership to potential risks or crises in client support, suggesting preventive actions; * Estimate project scope with minimal supervision and guidance, using inputs such as scope definition, resource pyramid, appropriate management level, estimated schedule, effort, and margins; * Prepare internal documentation with minimal supervision and guidance, including technical solution composition for project defense during Bid Approval; * Present medium-complexity TOTVS/Partner technical solutions with minimal supervision and guidance through meetings and presentations to clients and/or prospects; Formalize the commercial proposal and its parameters in TOTVS Master CRM, aligned with the opportunity opened for the client and/or prospect; Conduct RAP (Project Kick-off Meeting), supporting project progress in case of deviations and/or new opportunities;* Participate in solution definition processes involving RFI (Request For Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and/or RFP (Request for Proposal); * Contribute to the evolution of TOTVS’s product area and roadmap by sharing knowledge gained from client engagements; * Diagnose the appropriate timing for process consulting involvement based on opportunity complexity. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in: Systems Analysis and Development, Administration with emphasis on Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Internet Systems, or other exact sciences disciplines. Specific Knowledge: * Industry segment – advanced level; * Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate; * Google Workspace Suite – intermediate; Desirable Qualifications * Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering – desirable; * GUT (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) matrix classification – desirable; * PMI, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies – desirable; * TOTVS solutions within the target industry segment – desirable. Languages: Intermediate English or Spanish – desirable.
