We created Laís—the industry’s first AI-powered digital employee—who handles everything from pre-sales support to full administrative operations for real estate agencies, developers, and land developers across the country. Recently, we raised an $85 million Series A round led by Prosus—a global investor behind iFood, OLX, and Decolar. **About the Business Development Team** ---------------------------------------- The Business Development team is responsible for exploring and structuring new business opportunities aligned with our current product, creating new revenue streams for the company. The best way to understand how we operate: imagine Lastro as a large ship where the entire company—sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations—is onboard. The Biz Dev team are the jet-skis navigating alongside that ship, exploring the ocean for new opportunities. Once a valuable opportunity is identified, we structure it, mature it, and integrate it into our core product at the right time. **Some projects we’ve already built:** * Partnership program with leading market integrators (real estate CRMs) * Development and evolution of our product to serve developers and land developers (launches) * New marketing module supporting real estate agencies, developers, and land developers in building and optimizing Google and Meta campaigns * Other projects (confidential) Because our team is lean and cross-functional, you’ll have direct contact with all departments of the company, depending on active projects. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Identify, evaluate, and structure new revenue-generating business opportunities for Lastro * Build MVPs, applications, and processes to rapidly test hypotheses * Leverage AI tools and technologies—including vibe coding and LLM-based development—to accelerate solution delivery * Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams as needed per project * Support the structuring of strategic partnerships with key players in the real estate market * **Who You Are** ----------------------- * Creativity and business acumen: ability to spot opportunities and connect dots others miss * Technical-executive profile: it’s not enough to have ideas—you must be able to build or structure what you envision * Familiarity with AI: either through hands-on experience or genuine intellectual curiosity. Knowledge of LLMs, automation tools, or vibe coding is a plus * Autonomy and ownership mindset: you’ll operate with high freedom—and high accountability * Strong communication skills: ability to distill complex problems and present results clearly * Interest in the real estate market and/or fast-growing startups **Requirements** -------------- **Required:** * Currently pursuing (for Senior Intern) or holding (for Analyst) a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields * Experience or strong interest in digital product development, automation, or application building * Intermediate or advanced English (reading and writing) **Preferred:** * Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Open Claw) applied to real work * Prior development of any application, bot, automation, or product—even small-scale * Previous experience in startups, consulting firms, or product/growth roles * Basic familiarity with Brazil’s real estate market **Job Details** ----------------------- * Work mode: On-site — São Paulo, SP * Level: Senior Intern or Analyst (based on candidate profile) * Department: Business Development * Reports directly to the Biz Dev leadership
