Environmental Supervisor (Ourolândia - BA)

The **Environmental Supervisor** will work on wind and solar projects in the region of Ourolândia, Várzea Nova, and Morro do Chapéu \- Bahia. **Responsibilities and duties** The responsibilities of the Mid/Senior Environmental Supervisor, with strong experience in licensing management and energy projects, to operate within the wind and solar cluster. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTED RESULTS:** * **Environmental Licensing Management:** Ensure operational and under-construction projects are compliant by reviewing reports, studies (PBA), and technical documentation, guaranteeing adherence to environmental agency requirements. * **Legal Systems Control:** Prepare and review administrative documents (FCAs, applications) and update internal systems (C3, ClickUp) and external platforms (SEIA, SIGA, IPHAN, SINIR, SINAFLOR, Green Legis), maintaining strict control over Licenses (LP, LI, LOs, RLOs) and authorizations. * **Regulatory Monitoring:** Track regulatory and legislative updates in the states where projects operate, ensuring compliance and guiding teams accordingly. * **Interface and Technical Support:** Work in continuous coordination with O\&M, ESG, and legal departments, supporting inspections, public hearings, and analysis of environmental constraints in projects. * **Contract and Consulting Management:** Support the management of environmental consulting contracts, evaluating deliverables and proposing adjustments according to project needs. * **Environmental Management System (EMS):** Actively participate in the creation, review, and evolution of environmental procedures, aligned with **ISO 14001**. * **Reports and Performance Indicators:** Develop reports and performance indicators for the environmental operations team (dashboards using tools such as Tableau) and maintain organized documentation of processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biology, Geography, Geology, or related fields (Oceanography). **Deep knowledge in environmental areas is essential.** * **Professional Experience**: Field experience, team management, and environmental projects, preferably in energy construction. * **Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Office Suite and Google Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).** Knowledge in: Internal Controls and Auditing, Project Management, Socio-environmental Projects, and Community Relations. **Expert/Advanced** knowledge of **ISO 14001** and current environmental legislation. * **Systems:** Experience with legal compliance management systems (e.g., Green Legis) and environmental agency systems (C3, SEIA, SIGA, SINAFLOR, IPHAN, SINIR, IMASUL, and similar). * **Driver's License:** CNH – National Driver's License (category B \- active). **Solid experience driving vehicles in field conditions is required**, including frequent use of **highways** and internal routes with **unpaved roads.** The candidate must be comfortable with daily travel under adverse conditions. **Additional information** * Work format is 100% onsite in the cities of Ourolândia, Várzea Nova, and Morro do Chapéu \- Bahia**, requiring residence in Ourolândia or willingness to relocate.** * Employment type: CLT + standard market benefits.
