Job Summary: Operator of machinery and equipment for vegetation suppression and solar module cleaning, performing maintenance tasks and ensuring operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in solar energy generation projects Description: * Completed high school education; * Must reside in Ourolândia \- BA (candidates from other regions will not be considered); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as EQM; * Mandatory: Valid driver's license category A/B; category D is a plus; * Experience as a tractor operator; * Preferred: Prior experience in solar power generation projects; * Preferred: Experience or knowledge in operating solar panel cleaning machinery and mechanical pruning equipment; * Preferred: Valid tractor operation license; * Knowledge of NR10 and NR12 regulations; * Perform vegetation suppression by operating tractors equipped with appropriate agricultural implements. * Perform solar module cleaning by operating tractors equipped with suitable rotary brushes. * Coordinate with the UFV SR Technician and Supervisor on strategies for advancing vegetation suppression and module cleaning activities, directing the team to work in designated areas according to the plan. * Refuel tractors and refill water reservoirs used for module cleaning. * Perform manual excavation for occasional needs such as burying electrical conduits or excavating de-energized cables for technical team repairs. * Carry out minor civil and building maintenance tasks. * Operate tractors, implements, and other machinery in accordance with technical and operational procedures, aiming for optimal production performance and achievement of established targets; * Conduct preventive maintenance by performing periodic inspections on machinery to identify potential failures before they become major issues; * Additionally, perform low- to medium-complexity corrective maintenance as needed, addressing machinery faults and defects; * Monitor and adjust machine operating parameters to ensure production meets quality and safety standards; * Perform adjustments and calibrations on machinery to ensure proper operation per manufacturer specifications or internal standards; * Record all performed activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and any faults encountered. Furthermore, maintain detailed reports on executed activities, including records of operating time and downtime; * Ensure machinery is operated in compliance with established safety regulations, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following operational procedure guidelines; * Monitor and control inventory of parts and materials required for machinery maintenance, flagging replenishment needs; * Propose improvements to machinery operation and maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; * Assist the maintenance team in low-complexity tasks when requested. 2510300202211777484
