POSITION: Humanized Customer Service Representative (Voice/Chat) – Nova São Paulo? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience? ???? Your responsibilities will include: Hybrid customer service (voice and chat) in a receptive model; Listening attentively and resolving customer requests clearly and efficiently; Assisting customers with inquiries, property acquisitions, rentals, and contract terminations; Ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
