Job Summary: This Financial Assistant will be responsible for verifying daily cash closings, validating cash inflows and outflows, analyzing discrepancies, and supporting financial control and audits. Interface with cash and treasury leaders **Financial Assistant \- Videira \- SC \#1363** 1 position ZIP Code: 89\.560\-000 **Salary and benefits**: negotiable based on experience * Lunch provided at the company * Attendance bonus (after probation period) * Discount at network stores (after probation period) Util Card benefit plan (after probation period) * Working hours: business hours, Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities:** Verify daily cash closings of stores and operators Validate cash inflows and outflows (cash, cards, PIX, vouchers, and benefit plans) Analyze cash discrepancies (surpluses and shortages) and record incidents Support cash shortage/overage analysis and control Perform credit/debit card and electronic payment reconciliation Review point-of-sale (POS) system reports Control and archive financial documents (cash reports, receipts, coupons, reports) Support finance team in controlling bank deposits Monitor and verify cash withdrawals and change funds Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly financial closing Support internal audits and loss prevention processes Maintain communication with front-end cash and treasury leaders Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies **Requirements:** Reside in Videira or surrounding region Prior experience in finance Completed high school education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
