Customer service and demand triage **Description** Support the commercial department in customer service, organization of physical and digital documents, demand triage, data verification and entry into systems, as well as performing other administrative tasks under supervision, contributing to the efficient operation of departmental routines. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the company and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Senai (40 hours per week) **Responsibilities and Duties** Organize printed and digital documents; Perform demand triage for the commercial department; Assist in customer service by directing customers to responsible departments; Support data verification and entry into systems under supervision; Carry out tasks assigned by the department; **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory education: Currently enrolled in High School.
