




**Job responsibilities:** Supervise the execution of processes inherent to store operations and to audit and loss prevention teams; Monitor daily system inventory movements; Supervise audits conducted by PEP - Passarela Excellence Standard; Supervise processes carried out by loss prevention teams in stores; Conduct training for employees joining the audit and loss prevention team; Promote activities aimed at reducing and preventing losses; Monitor employee and customer activities to deter misconduct; Develop new procedures that can bring benefits to the company; Encourage activities and ideas that contribute to company efficiency and results; Ensure team productivity and reduce overtime hours; Manage the budget allocated to the department; Commit to continuous improvement; Supervise cycle inventories, ensuring their quality and accuracy; Solid experience in operational auditing, internal control, and/or loss prevention (preferably in retail or wholesale); Experience in analyzing performance indicators and management reports; Analytical profile, systemic vision, and results-oriented; Leadership skills and ability to develop teams;
