Strategic partnership management and process optimization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Achieve goals and KPIs under your responsibility; Manage the team under your responsibility; Monitor the area's budget; Guide and train the team under your responsibility; Promote an innovation culture by exploring market trends; Control costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses; Monitor the daily work schedule of technical and outsourced teams; Support company managers in business-related decision-making; Identify and select outsourcing companies as needed, assisting with budgeting and approvals; Support the analysis and validation of payments made to outsourcing companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms; Ensure monitoring of services delivered by outsourcing companies, guaranteeing quality and adherence to established standards; Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and suppliers; Collaborate with other internal departments to better serve customers.
