Our purpose is to grow together: as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your mission will be:** To ensure that Inovadora's ICT systems and services operate efficiently and securely. **We are looking for someone who will:** * Perform installation and updates of Inovadora’s systems at client sites, as well as those used internally by our team, analyzing and validating the structure and requirements necessary for execution. * Review and validate installations performed by the infrastructure team at client sites, identifying potential errors and addressing them for correction. * Carry out maintenance and management of our servers, ensuring full functionality and preventing unavailability of Inovadora’s systems and services. * Conduct security testing of applications, analyzing risks, identifying flaws and vulnerabilities that could expose company data and information to potential threats, as well as taking preventive and corrective actions to ensure security. * Execute routines approved by the development team on client databases. * Configure and run manual and automated scripts on databases according to each client’s database routines. * Configure and monitor databases to perform automated backups, ensuring their integrity. * Restore client databases, ensuring their integrity and functionality. * Monitor open support tickets, executing them according to their priority level. * Provide support and guidance, clarifying doubts and/or providing the necessary requirements for the proper functioning of ICT infrastructures. * Manage and control access to Inovadora’s systems and servers, restricting permissions according to each user's needs. * Perform preventive maintenance, configuration, and formatting of Inovadora’s hardware, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's technology infrastructure. * Configure remote access via VPN, enabling access to our clients’ databases and systems. * Create and update manuals, policies, and best practice guides to assist the internal team and resellers in meeting customer demands. * Train resellers and Inovadora’s internal team on ICT infrastructure topics. * Suggest new tools and technological solutions that optimize and improve the quality of services provided, conducting tests in a staging environment. * Implement already-approved new technologies, performing migrations and updates on our production systems. * Work on-call, intervening in emergency situations with clients and/or when required by the company. **How do you do it?** * Takes responsibility for the area’s planning. * Understands the business and has a better grasp of the interdependencies among involved variables. * Makes operational decisions without necessarily relying on precedents, understanding the impact of their actions on their team and other closely interacting parties. * Receives prioritized responsibilities and requests guidance and support when needed. * Delivers tasks of varying complexity, balancing simpler, standardized ones with more difficult, adaptive ones. * Consistently delivers results without necessarily requiring extra effort for execution. **What you need to have:** * Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, Git, Docker; * Experience with Networks, Firewall, VPN, PHP FPM, Rails; * Experience with Information Security; * Experience with Hardware and Operating System Maintenance; * Experience with Tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Wazuh, Prometheus, VMware, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Optidata); * Logical reasoning and data analysis;
