Description: About the position: A platform-based milk unloading operator is responsible for receiving and unloading milk tanker trucks, monitoring product quality, ensuring operational safety, and complying with sanitary and occupational safety regulations. Key responsibilities include verifying documentation, connecting hoses, sampling milk, recording data in the system, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities: * Receive and verify documentation for milk tanker trucks. * Connect and disconnect hoses for milk unloading. * Monitor milk quality during unloading and perform sampling according to procedures. * Record unloading data in the system to ensure product traceability. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Operate unloading equipment safely, adhering to internal and regulatory standards. Perform tank washing. * Mandatory Requirements: * Incomplete elementary education; * Ability to work on rotating shifts and schedules; * Knowledge of applicable sanitary and occupational safety regulations. * Proficiency in operating unloading equipment and performing milk sampling. * Ability to record information accurately and attentively.
