Work with optical fiber and radio-based internet **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Network Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and support of telecommunications networks, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in service delivery to customers. ¿ Key Responsibilities: - Achieve goals and performance indicators under your responsibility; - Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio-based internet, telephony, and optical fiber equipment; - Provide technical support and equipment configuration to customers; - Perform diagnostics and resolution of issues in optical fiber networks; - Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of equipment installed on internet towers; - Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); - Perform low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; - Install, configure, test, and maintain network cables, hardware, active and passive components, as well as equipment in FTTX and radio networks; - Retrieve equipment and materials from inactive customers; - Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; - Support the development and execution of installation projects; - Adhere to Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; - Serve internal and external stakeholders; - Travel when required; - Perform other related duties as needed. ¿ **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Desirable experience in the telecommunications technical field; Driver's license category B; Mandatory certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic thinking; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal relationships; Agility and proactivity; Trustworthiness and accountability; Owner mindset; Results orientation; Customer focus; Interest in developing people and working collaboratively. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Fixed salary \+ variable pay; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Starbem \- Telehealth and Well-being Services; Group life insurance; Corporate University \- Mhnet Ensina; Discount on internet plan after probation period; Exclusive mobile plans; Live rewards program; MH baby; Birthday Day Off; Wellhub (Gympass). **Work Location:** ---------------------- LAGES/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00–12:00, 13:30–17:30; Saturdays 08:00–12:00
