Therefore, we have a dedicated team responsible exclusively for coordinating, contracting, and supervising third-party services. They ensure third-party teams adhere to Unifique’s quality standards during network construction. **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect construction projects, installations, and maintenance performed by third-party contractors and company employees; * Conduct supervision via service orders; verify with customers whether their needs were met and whether any installation issues occurred; * Check site cleanliness, internal and external workmanship, and the customer service box; * Apply knowledge of fiber optic networks, splicing in splice closures, logical reasoning, strong communication skills, organization, and accountability when guiding third-party teams; * Prepare inspection reports, indicating to the network deployment department whether the network project is approved for release; * Verbally notify and formally record third-party contractors for deficiencies in: quality, conduct, or use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Map third-party efficiency indices. * Close material dispatches and validate activities performed by third-party contractors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of fiber optic networks and splicing in splice closures; Ability to perform work at heights; Teamwork orientation; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Agility in task execution and courteous interaction with customers; Sense of urgency and innovation; **Preferred Education:** Completed high school education. A technical degree will be considered an advantage. Valid driver's license (CNH). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:12 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
