Serve customers and prepare orders as requested. Organize and restock products at the butcher counter. Sanitize equipment, utensils, and the work environment. Monitor expiration dates and meat quality. Store products appropriately. Assist with inventory control for the department. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the butcher in daily activities. Previous experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter Operator, Butchery Assistant, or Meat Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties in this position. High school diploma required.
