Focus on workplace safety and communication. \*National driver's license Category AB or higher required\* ### **‍** **Team Management** * Lead and guide staff (sweeping, collection, weeding, mowing, etc.) * Assign tasks and work routes * Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and productivity ### **Planning and Organization** * Plan daily activities according to municipal demand * Define priorities (most critical areas, events, emergencies) * Ensure adherence to schedules ### **️** **Operational Monitoring** * Supervise field service execution * Verify quality of cleaning performed * Correct deficiencies and guide improvements ### **Workplace Safety** * Ensure proper use of PPE * Provide guidance on safe practices (traffic, equipment handling, etc.) * Report hazards and incidents ### **Control and Reporting** * Record completed activities * Report occurrences (absences, delays, operational issues) * Support timekeeping and productivity tracking ### **Logistical Support** * Monitor usage of equipment and tools * Request maintenance as needed * Support vehicle and team organization ### **Communication** * Serve as liaison between staff and HR * Align company instructions with staff * Resolve team inquiries Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: C, E, A, B, D * Bradesco Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Emotional and Personal Support Package * Health Assistance Package * Longevity Bonus * Meal Allowance * DAY OFF * Transportation Allowance
