Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and supervise construction execution in accordance with project specifications, technical requirements, descriptive memoranda, applicable regulations, and technical department guidelines; * Verify the quality of executed services, identify deviations, coordinate corrective actions with supervisors, and document evidence of compliance; * Conduct periodic and ad-hoc technical inspections, including damage assessments, safety condition evaluations, potential risk identification, and operational interference analysis; * Monitor physical progress of construction, validate completed stages, highlight inconsistencies, and report impacts on schedule, scope, or quality; * Control application, receipt, storage, and use of materials and equipment, verifying compliance with purchase orders, invoices, and specifications; * Supervise third-party and contracted teams, verifying adherence to scope, safety requirements, and execution standards; * Issue technical approvals for completed services, ensuring compliance with construction requirements and planned execution sequence; * Prepare technical records, photographic reports, daily logs, production reports, and other documentation required to substantiate execution; * Analyze projects, drawings, sketches, technical documents, and service instructions, providing input and adjustments where applicable; * Assist in preparing budgets, memoranda, scopes, and contracting documents related to construction and engineering services; * Monitor construction operational indicators (production, waste, rework), proposing practical improvements to optimize activities; * Verify compliance of execution conditions with occupational safety and environmental regulations, reporting deviations and guiding immediate corrective actions; * Maintain constant communication with internal departments and suppliers for technical alignment, clarification of doubts, and resolution of on-site issues; * Support internal or external audits related to construction works by providing requested data, documents, and evidence. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed Technical Education **Fields:** Technical Specialist in Building Construction or related civil construction fields * ️⃣ Experience in construction projects or engineering-related routines; * ️⃣ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * ️⃣ Proficiency in Excel; * ️⃣ Proficiency in AutoCAD. Desirable Requirements * ️⃣ Experience in construction supervision or field activities; * ️⃣ Experience in preparing technical records, reports, and production reports; * ️⃣ Familiarity with technical standards applicable to civil construction; * ️⃣ Prior experience in material control on construction sites.
