THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Apprentice Youth)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates opting not to accept the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institutional educational pillars, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering classes to youth or adults in the following curricular areas: Portuguese language, writing, interpersonal relationships, motivation, leadership, people management, administration, and/or finance.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title matches the position required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
§ Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, People Management, Human Resources, or Psychology.
§ Experience delivering lectures.
§ Enrolled in postgraduate studies.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Teacher-student relationship. Lesson plan development. Didactic-pedagogical concepts. Instructional resources. Training outcome evaluation techniques. Training and Development. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
