Job Summary: Act as a strategic link between departments, planning, scheduling, and controlling the production flow of dairy machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Project management and performance indicators PCP Analyst Serve as the strategic link between sales, engineering, and the shop floor. The PCP Analyst plans, schedules, and controls the production flow to ensure dairy machinery is manufactured on time, meets required quality standards (sanitary/inox specifications), and achieves the lowest possible cost—balancing order backlog with the metallurgical plant’s production capacity. * **Production Planning (MPS/MRP):** Develop the Master Production Schedule, specifying what, when, and how much to produce for components and final assemblies. * **Work Order Scheduling (OS):** Sequence production orders (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, testing) to optimize machine and labor time, prioritizing critical orders. * **Material and Inventory Management:** Analyze requirements for stainless steel sheets, motors, hydraulic/electrical components; run MRP to generate purchase requisitions, ensuring supply without excess inventory. * **Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP):** Assess workload for machines (laser cutting, bending machines) and specialized labor (TIG/stainless welders) to prevent bottlenecks. * **Critical Order Review:** Monitor custom machinery orders, coordinating with engineering and sales to validate delivery timelines. * **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Track metrics such as [OTD] (On-Time Delivery), productive efficiency, rework, and inventory turnover. * **Visual Management:** Update control dashboards and conduct daily (morning) meetings to align production activities. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior PCP experience in the **metallurgical industry** (essential). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). * ERP systems (Sankhya, SAP, Totvs, or similar). * Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (preferred). * **Competencies:** Organization, analytical ability, strong communication skills (to negotiate with PCP/Sales/Production), and problem-solving focus.
