Supporting leadership and related departments **Responsibilities:** * Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Verify and support payroll closing, vacation management, and benefits administration; * Manage electronic time tracking systems and assist employees with related inquiries; * Monitor probationary periods and support leadership in performance evaluation processes; * Assist the Occupational Safety Technician with department-related tasks, including drafting and disseminating safety notices to production teams regarding safety standards and practices; * Handle all Human Resources routines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; * Promote a positive organizational climate through close interaction and support for employees. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: **07:30 AM to 12:00 PM** and **01:00 PM to 5:36 PM**; * Friday: **07:30 AM to 12:00 PM** and **01:00 PM to 4:00 PM**.
