Drive technological evolution and system modernization The **Systems Coordinator** will be responsible for leading people and enhancing systems, ensuring governance, security, integration, efficiency, innovation, and strategic use of artificial intelligence, while guaranteeing planning, prioritization, quality, and responsible budget utilization to deliver technology solutions that generate business value. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Manage budgets, costs, estimates, and ensure efficient use of IT resources. * Ensure project and operational support quality, with predictable and standardized deliveries. * Utilize AI and intelligent automation to optimize processes and support decision-making. * Maintain governance aligned with ITIL, COBIT, LGPD, and security standards. * Negotiate priorities with internal departments and align diverse expectations. * Drive technological evolution, automation initiatives, and system modernization. * Develop team competencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; * MBA or postgraduate degree in a relevant area is desirable; * Prior experience with Information Systems, Governance, and Project Management; * Experience in Team Management. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Head Office.
