THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called upon to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the order of classification. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/corrections, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2.1. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the position due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4823.25 **Unit:** Rua Alberto Slongo Lote A Sao Jose | Concórdia SC - 89713118 **Job Summary:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreational activities at the Operational Unit, in addition to courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing sports and leisure promotion activities of SEST, and performs administrative tasks related to the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETE GRADUATION – BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both properly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). PILATES CERTIFICATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly signed by a recognized institution. ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREF. **PROOF:** Copy of Professional ID card corresponding to the Regional Council of practice. (At the time of admission, a clearance certificate issued by the agency will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PROVEN IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES**.** **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities required in the minimum requirements, under penalty of disapproval of submitted documents. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, indicating start and end dates, if applicable, type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification section and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS registration has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process) c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying the activities performed in the services rendered, along with item "b", if the position alone is insufficient to prove the experience.
