**ENGIE Brasil Energia is looking for a new** **talent to join the team!** **Maintenance Planning** **Technician I** We are seeking a **Maintenance Planning Technician I** to contribute to equipment availability, reliability, preservation, and proper operation through planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, sizing resources and deadlines, sequencing and priorities, provisioning supplies, and handling information in registration records and reports. **If you enjoy working in a team, are proactive and seek constant development, this is the place for you.** **Responsibilities:** * Review received Service Orders, verifying the existence and availability of resources. * Develop machine downtime schedules containing all maintenance programming, positioning them according to deadlines and resources, adjusting them based on team availability. * Collaborate to ensure the Maintenance process occurs within expected quality and productivity standards, assisting in controlling Service Order issuance and proposing resource reallocation to optimize activity times. * Perform daily maintenance control to assess achieved production levels and enable resource tracking. * Monitor all Operation and Maintenance processes, receiving demand information to ensure better activity completion estimates. * Prepare and submit various reports to stakeholders, providing them with maintenance-related information and indicators. * Comply with and enforce applicable internal and external Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management regulations, acting within their responsible processes to support the implementation of certification standards adopted by the Company. **Prerequisites:** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Planning or related fields. Technologist degree in Systems Analysis is desirable. * Knowledge of health and safety procedures and applicable standards \- Intermediate level. * Human performance program \- Basic level. * Integrated management system \- Basic level. * Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email \- Basic level. * Operation, maintenance and technical documentation management tools and software. * Procedures, processes, plans, methods and techniques related to operation, operational maneuvers, material specification and procurement \- Basic level. * Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals \- Basic level. * Technical knowledge of plant equipment and systems \- Basic level. * Knowledge of PCM, ease with digital analysis tools, and understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance are desirable. **Interested in the challenge?
