Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on New Holland tractors and harvesters. * Diagnose technical failures and propose effective solutions, ensuring full equipment functionality. * Respond to technical service calls both in the field and at the workshop, focusing on service speed and quality. * Execute checklists and complete service orders according to factory standards. * Provide technical support to customers, advising on proper equipment usage and maintenance. * Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in after-sales service. Requirements * Technical education in Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance, especially tractors and harvesters. * Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and embedded electronics. * Valid driver's license category B and availability for field service calls. * Residence in Concórdia/SC or surrounding areas.
