PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Rua Alberto Slongo Lote A Sao Jose \| Concórdia SC **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required to obtain, modify, or renew driver’s licenses and authorization to operate heavy vehicles; facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). TRAFFIC INSTRUCTOR COURSE ISSUED BY CONTRAN. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (VALID). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Drivers of Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, School Transport, Emergency Transport, MOPP, and Indivisible Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (VALID). NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – VALID CATEGORY D OR E (MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN THAT CATEGORY). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the CNH (valid). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, plus item “b” above, if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
