Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, identifying, and resolving network incidents, configuring network devices, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for network infrastructure **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor network availability and performance. * Identify and resolve network incidents and failures. * Configure and manage routers, switches, and other network equipment. * Document changes and maintain updated technical manuals. * Provide technical support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
