Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Supervise the food safety team at the Itu facility, ensuring achievement of the plant’s quality metrics through established policies, the food safety and quality management system, and the annual budget allocated to this area. **Your Impact** * Comply with the established EHS Policy and use all recommended PPE for the area. * Ensure compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Policy; * Lead the facility’s food safety team; * Conduct ESA agendas; * Ensure budget compliance through management of available resources aligned with the plant’s needs; * Coordinate the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) at the facility, ensuring compliance with requirements through leadership, development, and training of teams across various local departments; * Ensure compliance with requirements through leadership, development, and training of the Quality team; * Identify improvement opportunities in interfacing areas and implement them through action plans identified during self-inspections; * Support manufacturing in reducing deviations that lead to consumer complaints through analysis of information obtained from various business sources (manufacturing, customer service, warehouses, customers, etc.); * Assist the Business Quality Management team in defining annual targets for key KPIs by compiling prior-year results; * Ensure achievement of established KPIs for your facilities by monitoring performance against action plans throughout the year; * Identify opportunities, develop scope, and oversee execution of Quality-related capital expenditures (CAPEX) for supported facilities through project support, evaluation, and progress tracking; * Promote team development and capability building through feedback, performance tracking, and application of management and leadership tools; * Enhance communication and reporting to Business and Corporate Management by developing reports on key departmental deliverables; * Identify and assist in strategic planning for the Quality function through participation in reviews and discussions regarding the consistency of Quality and FSQMS programs; * Ensure compliance with NR (Regulatory Standards); * Follow procedures, work instructions, and guidelines; * Comply with the Code of Conduct and 5S standards. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Bachelor’s degree completed – Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering / Bachelor of Chemistry / Bachelor of Food Science. Active CRQ registration. Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management. FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor Training. HACCP Training.
