Manage the corporate cooperative members' portfolio, promoting relationship building, customer retention, and goal achievement through product and service offerings, aiming at business development.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.

* Manage the corporate cooperative members' portfolio, striving to become the members' primary financial option through consultative, transparent, and results-driven approaches;
* Foster relationships and customer retention to increase business volume, broaden the range of products used, and minimize risks;
* Achieve established targets by offering tailored product and service solutions aligned with cooperative members' expectations;
* Ensure growth in the cooperative membership base in accordance with established business strategies;
* Guarantee portfolio performance and results with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives;
* Promote offered products and services—including their advantages, benefits, interest rates, terms, commercial conditions, and the unique value proposition of cooperativism;
* Provide financial guidance to cooperative members within your portfolio;
* Drive business development and serve as the technical reference within your operational unit;
* Provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making;
* Manage overdue collections to minimize the cooperative's delinquency rate;
* Oversee and execute credit recovery efforts related to members.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization (completed or in progress) in Commercial Areas, Financial Products, or related disciplines is desirable;
* Possession of CPA 10, CPA 20, and CEA certifications;
