We are seeking a professional to work as an External Sales Representative, responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable portfolio growth. Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Implementing the company’s and division’s sales strategies; * Achieving sales targets and generating profitability within your territory; * Driving business expansion through customer prospecting and reactivation; * Planning and conducting monthly visits to the customer portfolio based on a strategic route, ensuring 100% monthly coverage; * Conducting consultative sales by recommending solutions tailored to each customer's profile and needs; * Recording and reporting all daily activities, visits, sales, and field information using the company's tools and systems; * Maintaining ethical, professional conduct aligned with the company’s values and guidelines at all times during field operations.
