Build this story with us.** Lot 05 of Paraná is one of the most important road infrastructure projects in the State of Paraná. We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and development to the entire region. The concession period includes duplication of 239 km of highway, construction of 20 km of parallel roads, realignment of 2 km of roadway, and implementation of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian bridges, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bike lanes are planned. Apply to our new openings and share!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of vehicles within their respective sections, performing monitoring and auditing accredited workshops for maintenance to ensure service effectiveness; * Fulfill all task sheet requirements, meeting SLAs for each opened service order; * Perform diagnostics on requested maintenance incidents together with Administrative Assistant I, reviewing incidents opened via system by requestors and directing vehicles to workshops for repair to develop an action plan; * Perform minor repairs on fleets not involving sanitary components;\* Coordinate logistics with responsible parties to transport vehicles to workshops and/or personally transport them when necessary; * Conduct monthly tire tread depth measurements, verify fire marks and their positions, complete forms for the administrative assistant, and record data in control spreadsheets; * Conduct physical or digital audits and checklists of the physical fleet; * Responsible for controlling materials in SAUS (Stock Allocation Units) for vehicle replacement and requesting replenishment whenever needed; * Prepare incident reports with photographs for each vehicle to develop fleet non-conformance reports as requested; * Support workshop development, establish timelines, and verify maintenance quality;\* Understand responsibilities under the Integrated Management System (IMS) regarding quality, environmental aspects and impacts, and hazards and risks associated with job functions, compliance with IMS Policy and Emergency Response Plan. * Assist in fleet vehicle management by updating databases, supporting maintenance quotations upon request, monitoring fleet insurance claims, and assuming operational responsibility for owned and leased vehicles. * Employees may be required to cover vacations in other sections or assets, necessitating overnight stays in other cities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** Preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics. **EXPERIENCE** Preferably 1 year of experience as a Fleet Assistant. **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** Communication; Responsibility and commitment; Teamwork; Concentration and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure; **Additional Information** 100% on-site position in Cascavel/PR Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; **Via Campo** is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing **Lot 5 – Integrated Highways of Paraná**, a project regulated by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT).
