Development and maintenance of strategic dashboards and KPIs **Job Description:** ---------------------- Collect and organize data from various sources, seeking to understand its practical application alongside usage and services provided, in order to automate and centralize data. Apply data analysis techniques—such as data mining, statistics, and machine learning—to ensure accuracy in data processing and outcomes. Develop visual reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power Apps, and up-to-date solutions to communicate analysis results. Develop and maintain strategic and operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Document SOPs and manuals, detailing each analysis applied to a dashboard or developed software, to maintain a continuous and easily understandable structure for new employees. Support managers in making strategic decisions by ensuring critical data and indicators are presented in a simplified manner, enabling rapid action.
