




Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying, resolving, and monitoring tax-related matters concerning fuel invoices, engaging with critical customers, and tracking documents. Key Highlights: 1. Tax-related customer service and issue resolution 2. Management of invoices and monitoring of collections 3. Support for critical customers with tax-related issues RESPONSIBILITIES * Verify and resolve issues related to fuel station invoices; * Proactively address problems involving critical customers; * Share and monitor spreadsheets and documents; * Monitor collection of pending invoices, clients' tax rules, invoice reversals, and errors in submitted invoices; * Request invoice corrections. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service, telemarketing, and/or administrative roles; * Proficiency with technology; * Good typing speed and communication skills.
