Join us as a \#Finneter **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the QA team (planning, prioritization, bug management, traceability, test execution plans) * Define and implement the testing strategy (manual and automated) * Ensure adoption of BDD practices in collaboration with Developers and Tech Lead * Automate tests using Python and Robot Framework * Manage and evolve test pipelines integrated into CI/CD * Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement * Collaborate with Agile teams throughout all development stages * Serve as a technical reference for test automation and best practices * Provide technical leadership and guidance to achieve quality outcomes * Strong communication and cross-team collaboration * Systemic vision and attention to critical risk-related details * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus * Proactivity and ownership mindset **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in software testing (functional, regression, integration, performance) * Proficiency in test automation using Python * Advanced knowledge of Robot Framework * Practical experience with BDD (e.g., Cucumber, Gherkin, Behave) * Solid understanding of programming logic * Experience with SQL for data validation and database testing * Hands-on experience with Cypress for front-end test automation * Experience with test and bug management tools * Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum) **Additional Information** ### **Desirable Differentiators** * Prior experience in fintechs, digital banks, or payment platforms * Knowledge of file layouts such as CNAB banking files, fiscal XML, among others * Understanding of common software defects and errors, with emphasis on prevention and root cause analysis * Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes At Finnet—a company with over 22 years in the market—our mission is to transform complexity into simplicity.
