




We are seeking a **Social Worker** to work in an **External Ombudsman’s Office specialized in serving workers**, with a focus on qualified listening, empathetic reception of sensitive reports, and support in mediating complex workplace situations. The professional will operate in a context requiring a **high ethical standard, proactive attitude, autonomy, responsibility, and analytical capacity**, contributing to risk identification, strengthening of governance, and improvement of labor relations. **Key responsibilities** * Provide **qualified and humanized support** to workers, receiving sensitive reports with empathy, technical rigor, and professional ethics; * Record, analyze, and appropriately route complaints in a structured manner, ensuring **confidentiality and impartiality**; * Act **proactively** to identify patterns, psychosocial risks, and recurring situations; * Support **ethical mediation processes for organizational conflicts**, respecting technical and institutional boundaries; * Prepare **technical reports, opinions, and clear records**, using language appropriate to the organizational context; * Contribute to generating **data and indicators** that support management analysis and decision-making; * Operate in compliance with legislation, the Social Work Code of Ethics, and Ombudsman guidelines. **Desired profile** * Bachelor’s degree in **Social Work**, with active registration at the **Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS)**; * Experience or strong interest in working with **workers, labor relations, social rights, or public policies**; * A **highly proactive profile**, demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and ability to anticipate needs; * Excellent **active listening, clear communication, and technical writing skills**; * Ethical conduct, emotional balance, and maturity to handle sensitive topics; * Organizational ability, critical analysis, and capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously; * Aptitude for operating in environments demanding **confidentiality, impartiality, and institutional responsibility**. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in **ombudsman offices, reporting channels, social services, or organizational settings**; * Experience dealing with issues such as **moral and sexual harassment, discrimination, diversity, psychosocial risks, and mental health in the workplace**; * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation, compliance, or corporate governance**. **What we offer** * Opportunity to work within an **innovative and specialized Ombudsman model**; * An ethical, respectful professional environment committed to positive social impact; * Opportunities for technical and institutional development; * Market-competitive remuneration.
