Process monitoring and identification of improvements SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN II - MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING **Education:** Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields;**Location:** Itabirito \- MG; Belo Horizonte \- MG; Nova Lima \- MG; Contagem \- MG; Brazil**Working Hours:** 07:30 to 16:30**Contract Type:** Indefinite-term**Application Period:** from 04/24/2026 to 04/30/2026**Required Qualifications:*** Completed technical education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; * Knowledge of maintenance planning and control; * SAP proficiency. * Experience in vulcanization of long-distance conveyor belts; * Experience in inspection of vulcanization of long-distance conveyor belts is a plus; * The role involves planning for Maintenance Orders (OM) and scheduling for the vulcanization PCM cell; **Responsibilities and Activities:*** Perform duties in accordance with internal standards and regulations, adhering to the Code of Ethics and internal policies on safety, environment, and process control; * Break down medium-term planning by updating required maintenance activities for the coming weeks (M\+3 – short term) and further decomposing them into M\+1, S\+1, and D\+1, accurately reporting planning assumptions and resource constraints to Integrated Planning (COI/IBP). * Plan Maintenance Orders (OM) in the computerized maintenance management system. * Request materials and components via Maintenance Orders, following up on their delivery to enhance maintenance execution efficiency. * Schedule maintenance activities according to asset requirements, optimizing resource utilization. * Monitor and manage PCM and execution processes through consolidation and analysis of key performance indicators, proposing solutions for deviations and process failures, as well as assisting in identifying improvement opportunities.
