Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor with a technical background in Mechanical Engineering and proven experience leading industrial mechanical maintenance teams to oversee and plan maintenance activities. Dablius Industrial, a reference in maintenance and repair of steelmaking equipment, is looking for a Supervisor with solid technical training and proven experience to join its team. * Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); * Proven experience in supervising or leading industrial mechanical maintenance teams; * Experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational procedures; * Familiarity with safety, quality, and industrial best practice standards; * On-site work in Conselheiro Lafaiete \- MG. Main Activities and Responsibilities: * Supervise field-based mechanical maintenance teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in executed tasks; * Plan, assign, and monitor work orders related to equipment maintenance and repair; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, technical procedures, and occupational safety regulations; * Act as an interface between operational staff, engineering, and management; * Provide technical oversight of interventions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; * Support technical training and development of the maintenance team.
