Responsibilities include organizing activities, recording information, and providing support to youth. **Desired Qualifications:** Degree in Pedagogy, experience in other Apprenticeship Programs, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease in working with young people. **Preferred residence in Congonhas or Contagem.** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Workload:** 40 hours per week **Work Mode:** On-site
