We seek a proactive professional with production experience to join our team. The Production Operator I will be responsible for: · **Assisting with general tasks:** Loading and unloading materials, organizing the work environment, and performing other production-related activities. · **Operating machinery:** Using equipment such as rotary gantry machines, grinders, rotary machines, saws, and column drills. · **Production processes:** Executing processes in accordance with company standards and procedures, ensuring product quality. · **Assembly and packaging:** Assembling, securing, and packaging parts and accessories, including item counting and verification. **Requirements:** · Completed elementary education; · Proven industrial experience, preferably in the metallurgical sector; · Knowledge of machinery and tool operation; · Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. **What we offer:** · Fixed salary; · Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; · Transportation allowance; · Life insurance; · Vacation bonus; · Meal allowance: BRL 31.50/day; · Health and dental plans; · Growth opportunity: Develop your skills and build a solid career; · Dynamic and challenging work environment: A place where you can learn and grow.
