Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, verifying, and dispatching goods, ensuring organizational efficiency and smooth logistics flow, as well as providing customer service and assisting in various operations. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving and verification of goods with documentation. 2. Organization and dispatch of products for storage. 3. Customer service and participation in training sessions. **Purpose of the Position:** Receive goods, verifying documentation, goods, weight, markings, and dispatch them to their designated destinations. **This position is open to persons with disabilities.** **Requirements:** Education: completed high school. Computer skills: basic level. Skills: productivity capacity, organizational ability, interpersonal communication, agility, attention to detail, and understanding of assigned tasks. **Desired Competencies:** Completed high school **Responsibilities and Duties:** Verify that goods match their respective documentation (weight, markings, dates, and destination locations); Stamp, date, and sign verified documents; Dispatch goods to storage areas with assistance from Helpers; Receive customers delivering goods directly to the company courteously and efficiently; Complete vehicle collection/delivery verification reports; Record non-conformities and forward them to the Ombudsman Department; Perform cubic measurement (cubage); Assist in loading and unloading vehicles; Perform street deliveries as required by the company; Provide internal and external customer service as required by the company; Participate in company-mandated training and refresher courses; Actively participate in Total Quality Management processes; Place chemical product signage on transfer trucks. **Salary and Benefits:** Base salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, attendance bonus, dental plan. **Working Hours:** Morning or afternoon shift ***We believe in Inclusion!
