The candidate must demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, and interest in learning about logistics and procurement. **What challenges will you face here?** The main challenge the intern may encounter is managing the dynamism and agility required in a high-demand environment. It will be necessary to learn how to maintain inventory control and organization even during peak activity periods, closely monitor deadlines, and rapidly adapt to internal processes. Additionally, interaction with various departments and suppliers demands strong communication skills and willingness to resolve issues promptly and responsibly. **What are the Procurement Intern’s routine activities?** **Pickup and Delivery Management:** Coordinate and monitor the use of the maneuver vehicle for picking up goods from suppliers; Ensure efficient and timely delivery of collected goods to the resorts’ warehouses. **Order Follow-up**: Monitor the status of all purchase orders, from issuance through final delivery; Proactively communicate with suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines and resolve any delays; Update internal stakeholders on order progress. **Truck Schedule Organization:** Monitor and organize the arrival and departure schedule of supplier trucks at the warehouses; Assist in optimizing scheduling to prevent bottlenecks and improve receiving flow; Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth receiving process. **General Department Support:** Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Procurement team; Assist in organizing documents and information; Participate in other area-related activities as needed. **What do we offer the Nutrition Intern?** In addition to compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and abundant opportunities to learn and grow.
