Support in internal and external customer service **Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Age between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability for morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or ongoing undergraduate studies; Compliance with the work schedule (4 hours/day) at the workplace as well as during training; Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program. This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work experience.
