Restore power system functionality and ensure high-quality service. **Metrô BH, one of the companies of Grupo Comporte, operates the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Agent position in the Systems and Power Department.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and don’t forget to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are inclusive.** **\#grupocomporte \#metrobh \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Open and close service orders for corrective maintenance, recording identification data for machines and equipment, issues reported by operators, and listing scheduled maintenance tasks; * Ensure service quality and restore power system functionality upon request from the Maintenance Information Center (CIM); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on substation, station, and terminal equipment—including disconnect switches, circuit breakers, transformers, voltage sensors, lightning arresters, and others—following applicable standards and specific schematics to guarantee proper operation; * Participate in complementary activities aimed at preserving technical characteristics and improving system performance within the scope of the department’s responsibilities; * Demonstrate proficiency in handling and reading measurement instruments such as multimeters, meggers, TTR testers, and others; * Identify defects in machines, equipment, and installations, replacing worn parts or performing necessary repairs to ensure proper operation and extend service life; * Provide required technical information to support Materials and Maintenance Engineering teams in developing spare parts and components for equipment; * Collect, register, and generate data related to electrical equipment maintenance to keep the database up to date; * Prepare and/or record data and information on performed activities to support, among other things, report generation, cost analysis, and administrative and/or operational control maintenance; * Maintain organization and preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Support leadership on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of responsibility; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Arrange for power shutdown prior to maintenance activities, ensuring zero energy during execution to safeguard operational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school; * Experience in the power sector. **Additional Information** * **Benefits for the employee** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Childcare allowance;** **Gympass (app for physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being);** **Life insurance;** **Meal voucher and/or food allowance;** **Transportation voucher.** * **Benefits for dependents** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Support for children with disabilities;** **Gympass (app for physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being).** **We are one of the companies of Grupo Comporte, operating the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **Here, we offer merit-based opportunities and care for our employees by fostering a positive organizational climate, which translates into excellent service for our users.
