Join us and become a Heartist®! **Job Description** **Job Description**: Perform kitchen support activities, assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation in accordance with required food safety standards and the operational brand’s style, to satisfactorily meet customer needs. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, including washing, sanitizing, cutting, and organizing ingredients. * Support bakery production (desserts, cakes, etc.) when required. * Check food expiration dates and proper storage conditions. * Assist in buffet setup and replenishment, coffee breaks, and staff meals, maintaining presentation standards. * Support area control and participate in team briefings. * Maintain personal hygiene, food hygiene, utensil cleanliness, and kitchen environment hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations. * Represent brand values and contribute to personalizing the guest experience by sharing information with the front desk team. * Implement sustainable practices related to selective waste collection and conscious use of water and energy. * Perform other related tasks; in the case of employment at Combo/Tri Combo hotels, perform duties across all involved hotels. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Basic kitchen knowledge and application of Good Food Safety Practices; * Relevant work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Secondary education; * Basic Kitchen Knowledge; **Additional Information** * Medical Insurance * Meal Voucher * Dental Insurance (optional enrollment) * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Pharmacy Reimbursement (50% reimbursement of medical expenses) * Heartist Rate (discount for employees to stay at Accor brand hotels).
